Israel’s Partner Communications sets series D notes coupon at 1.737%

Chicago, Jan. 3 – Partner Communications Co. Ltd. said its series D notes will pay interest at a rate of 0.434% for the period from Dec. 31 to March 30.

The coupon is based on an annual yield of short-term debt issued by the State of Israel at a rate of 0.537% and the fixed annual margin for the series D notes at a rate of 1.20%, representing a total annual interest rate of 1.737%, according to a company announcement.

The issuer said on Oct. 4 that interest on the series D notes would be paid at a rate of 0.356% from Oct. 1 to Dec. 30 for a total annual interest rate of 1.423%.

Partner Communications is a Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, mobile communications operator.
