Partner Communications sells NIS 225 million bonds with 4% cap

Chicago, Jan. 2 – Israel’s Partner Communications Co. Ltd. sold NIS 225 million of series G bonds at a maximum annual interest rate of 4%, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The tender for classified investors was held on Jan. 1 with bids for about NIS 663 million, the filing noted.

As announced Dec. 10, the company planned to sell NIS 200 million of a new series of debentures in Israel through a shelf offering, which requires approval of the company's board of directors as well as of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd.

S&P Maalot affirmed an ilA+ rating for the issue.

Partner Communications is a Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, mobile communications operator.
