Israel's Partner Communications upsizes debt sale to NIS 2 billion, priced at CPI plus 425 bps

New York, March 22 - Partner Communications Co. said it upsized its planned offering of debt securities in Israel to NIS 2 billion and priced it at the Israeli consumer price index plus 425 basis points.

The deal was previously planned at NIS 1 billion but the company said it received orders from institutional investors for NIS 6 billion. Of the total new size, NIS 1.6 billion will be allocated to institutions.

Partner Communications is a Rosh Ha'ayin, Israel, mobile communications company.
