New Issue: Israel’s Partner sells NIS 300 million more series G notes

Chicago, June 29 – Partner Communications Co. Ltd. sold NIS 300 million additional series G debentures (S&P Maalot: ilA+), according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The price for notes in the expanded series is 100.48 for a total consideration of NIS 314.4 million.

There are NIS 449,924,200 of the series G debentures in circulation. With this add-on, there will be a total amount of NIS 749,924,000.

The additional notes will be issued above their adjusted value of 100.04 agorot for each NIS 1 par value, and therefore will be issued with no discount.

The weighted discount rate is 1.227%. With the add-on, the weighted discount rate will be 0.776%.

Proceeds will be used for the early repayment of debt.

Partner Communications is a Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, mobile communications operator.
