New Issue: Singapore's Parkway Life sells S$50 million three-year floaters

Knoxville, Tenn., March 23 - Parkway Life MTN Pte. Ltd. issued S$50 million of floating-rate notes due March 23, 2013 under its S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

The interest rate will be equal 105 basis points over the six-month Singapore dollar swap offer rate.

DBS Bank Ltd. was the dealer.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing borrowings, for investments and for general working capital and funding purposes.

Parkway is a health care real estate investment trust based in Singapore.
