Fitch rates Parkway Life BBB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Parkway Life REIT a long-term issuer default rating of BBB+ with a stable outlook.

The agency said that Parkway Life's current portfolio includes three private hospitals in Singapore, namely the Mount Elizabeth Hospital, the Gleneagles Hospital and the East Shore Hospital, which are operated by Parkway Singapore Hospitals Pte. Ltd.

According to Fitch, Parkway Life's rating reflects its strong position in the health care industry, its diversified source of patients, the backing from the sponsor, the stable rental mechanism and the clear investment criteria.
