Fitch gives Parkson notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Parkson Retail Group Ltd.'s $500 million notes due 2018 a final rating of BBB-.

The final rating follows the receipt of documents conforming to information already received, and is in line with the expected rating assigned on April 22.

The notes are rated at the same level as Parkson's senior unsecured rating of BBB- as they represent direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the company, Fitch said.
