Gamco, Gabelli sell shares of Park-Ohio Holdings

Charlotte, N.C., June 7 - Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. investors including Gamco Investors, Inc. and Mario Gabelli sold 271,000 shares of the company's stock between April 12 and June 1, priced from $19.93 to $23.43 per share.

The reporting persons beneficially own 1,096,888 shares, or 9.65%, of the Cleveland-based supply chain logistics services company, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
