Fitch affirms Parker Hannifin

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the ratings for Parker Hannifin Corp. as follows: issuer default rating at A, senior unsecured credit facilities at A, senior unsecured debt at A, short-term issuer default rating at F1 and commercial paper at F1.

The outlook is stable.

Fitch said that the ratings incorporate Parker Hannifin's strong operating performance, conservative financial policies, well-established positions in its global markets and effective acquisition strategy.

The ratings are also supported by a favorable mix of original equipment and aftermarket business and the successful integration of acquisitions, the agency added.
