Parekh to discuss issuing convertibles

Chicago, June 5 - Parekh Aluminex Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company could issue convertible bonds and Global Depositary Receipts.

The company's board will meet on June 6 to discuss issuing securities and to finalize a general meeting date.

Parekh is a Mumbai, India-based manufacturing and exporting company of aluminum foil containers.
