Morgantown, W.Va., May 2 – Paramount Corp. Bhd. wholly owned subsidiary KDU University College Sdn. Bhd. issued RM 24.89 million of Islamic medium-term notes under its RM 200 million sukuk program on Wednesday.
The sukuk have a seven-year tenor, according to a Bursa Malaysia announcement.
Paramount is a property development company based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The private college is also based in Petaling Jaya.
