Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 21 – Paramount Corp. Bhd. issued RM 100 million of perpetual private debt securities on Monday, according to a Bursa Malaysia announcement.
The company issued RM 50 million of securities callable in five years and RM 50 million of securities callable in seven years.
The securities were issued under the company’s up to RM 200 million perpetual private debt securities program.
Paramount is a property development company based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
