New Issue: Paraguay prices $530 million 30-year notes at par to yield 5.6%

Portland, Ore., March 8 – The Republic of Paraguay priced $560 million of 30-year sovereign notes (Ba1/BB/BB) at par to yield 5.6% on Thursday, according to a market source.
The yield came tight to guidance in the high 5% area.
Citigroup and JPMorgan were the joint bookrunners.
