New Issue: Paraguay prices $500 million 4 5/8% 10-year notes at par

Atlanta, Jan. 18 - The Republic of Paraguay priced $500 million 10-year notes (Ba3/BB-/BB-) at par on Friday to yield 4 5/8%, a market source said.
Citigroup and Bank of America Merrill Lynch were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The proceeds will be used to finance infrastructure and energy projects.
