Hong Kong's Panva Gas starts roadshow for $150 million seven-year bonds

St. Louis, Sept. 13 - Panva Gas Holdings Ltd. began a roadshow Monday for a $150 million offering of seven-year bonds (Ba1/BB+), according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price early in the week of Sept. 20.

Merrill Lynch & Co. and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to finance acquisitions.

Panva is a Hong Kong distributor of LP gas.
