Pantaloon plans meeting to consider issuing equity, debt instruments

Knoxville, Tenn., May 27 - Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will vote on a proposal to issue equity, debt or hybrid instruments at a board of directors meeting on May 31.

Mumbai, India-based Pantaloon owns and operates retail stores, including department stores, malls, supermarkets and clothing stores.
