S&P affirms Panoche Energy

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed the BBB- rating on Panoche Energy Center LLC's $321 million senior secured bonds and removed it from CreditWatch with negative implications.

The outlook is stable.

The action reflects the successful return to service of unit 4 in late March and continued strong operating results at units 1-3, according to the agency.
