Taiwan’s Pan Jit lowers conversion prices of convertible bonds

Madison, Wis., July 21 – Pan Jit International Inc. will adjust the conversion prices of its sixth issue domestic secured convertible bonds and seventh issue unsecured convertible bonds, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange notice.

The company will lower the conversion price of the sixth issue bonds to NT$12.37 from NT$12.60 and the conversion price of the seventh issue bonds to NT$12.34 from NT$12.57.

The new conversion prices take effect on Aug. 14.

Pan Jit is a Koahsiung City, Taiwan-based maker of semiconductors.
