Moody's rates Panama Canal Railway notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 rating with a stable outlook to the Panama Canal Railway Co.'s senior secured notes due 2026 following a review of the issue's final transaction structure.

The agency assigned a provisional Baa3 rating to the notes on Oct. 24.
