Panama plans to offer dollar-denominated bonds due 2030, 2060

Los Angeles, July 17 – The Republic of Panama plans to issue dollar-denominated global bonds due 2030 and 2060, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners with Citigroup as global coordinator.

Proceeds will be used for general budgetary purposes.
