Panama plans to issue dollar-denominated notes

Atlanta, March 11 – Panama is looking to issue dollar-denominated notes, according to a filing from the sovereign.

BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal.

The proceeds will be used for general budgetary purposes and for liability management transactions.
