Panama to sell dollar-denominated notes via two bookrunners

Atlanta, April 22 - Panama is planning to issue dollar-denominated notes via bookrunners BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, according to a company filing.

Proceeds from the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal will be used to partially fund the sovereign's 2013 budget.
