Atlanta, Oct. 26 - The Republic of Panama has priced an $89.5 million add-on to its 7 1/8% notes due Jan. 29, 2026 at 126.35, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Morgan Stanley was the bookrunner for the notes, which are being sold on behalf of the Fondo Fiduciario para el Desarrollo, a trust formed under the laws of Panama.
The original issue priced in 2005 and totaled $980 million.
Proceeds will be used for reinvestment in securities.
