Panama readies sale of 2033, 2063 global bonds

Chicago, Jan. 11 – The Republic of Panama is planning a dual-tranche offering of global bonds, according to information from a market source.

A tranche due 2033 is being talked for a spread in the Treasuries plus 185 basis points area.

A part due in 2063 has talk in the Treasuries plus 270 bps area.

Citigroup and JPMorgan have been hired as bookrunners for the deal.
