New York, Nov. 10 - Palomar Pomerado Health of California priced Wednesday $166.015 million of series 2010 certificates of participation on Wednesday, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Baa3//BB+) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
The bonds are due 2021, 2030 and 2041 with 5.25% to 6% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to finance or reimburse the company for the costs of constructing, equipping, acquiring and upgrading hospital facilities.
