New Issue: Palm Beach County School, Fla., brings $168.06 million of certificates

New York, June 17 – The Palm Beach County School Board of Florida sold $168.06 million of series 2014B certificates of participation, according to a pricing sheet.
The COPs (//AA-) were sold through Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The certificates are due 2015 to 2025 with 3% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the board’s series 2011B certificates.
