New Issue: Jupiter Medical Center, Fla., brings $50.68 million of revenue bonds

New York, April 24 - The Palm Beach County Health Facilities Authority of Florida sold $50.68 million of series 2013A hospital revenue bonds for the Jupiter Medical Center, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Baa2//BBB+) were sold through RBC Capital Markets LLC.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with term bonds due in 2028, 2033 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2028 bonds have a 4.125% coupon priced at 98.591 and the 2033 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 106.607. The 2043 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 104.847.
Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, acquire, renovate and furnish the DeGeorge Pavilion project at the medical center, which includes the addition of 44 new acute care beds in a new three-story patient tower.
