Paladin Long Short Fund completes initial registration of shares

San Diego, Nov. 30 - Paladin Long Short Fund completed its initial registration of shares in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission last Friday.

The fund seeks capital appreciation and will use both long and short strategies to obtain its objective. Its portfolio will consist primarily of common stock and call and put options.

The shares will not incur a sales charge. Annual fund operating expenses are estimated to be 2.85% through Jan. 1, 2013.

The minimum initial investment is $1,000 for IRA investors and $2,500 for all other investors. Subsequent investments must be at least $100.

The fund's investment adviser is Southfield, Mich.-based Hanna Capital LLC. The portfolio manager is Mark Hanna.
