Moody's rates Pactera/BCP notes Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive Ba3 corporate family rating to Pactera Technology International Ltd.

The agency also assigned a definitive Ba3 rating to BCP (Singapore) VI Cayman Financing Co. Ltd.'s $275 million 8% seven-year senior secured notes due April 15, 2021.

The notes are guaranteed by Pactera and BCP (Singapore) (unrated).

The outlook is stable.

Moody's definitive rating on this debt obligation follows BCP (Singapore)'s completion of its dollar-denominated note issuance, the final terms and conditions of which are consistent with Moody's expectations.

The provisional rating was assigned on March 12.
