Fitch rates Pacnet notes BB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final BB+ rating and an RR1 recovery rating to the $300 million of 9¼% senior secured guaranteed notes due November 2015 issued by Pacnet Ltd.

The outlook is stable.

This follows the receipt of documents conforming to information already received. The final rating is in line with the expected rating assigned in October, Fitch said.
