Moody’s rates Arrow Global CFR B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 corporate family rating to Arrow Global Group plc and simultaneously withdrew the same rating from Arrow Global Guernsey Holdings Ltd.

The agency affirmed the B1 rating for the £220 million and €225 million senior secured notes issued by Arrow Global Finance plc.

Moody's said the migration reflects the fact that Arrow Global Group plc is now the ultimate parent company of the Arrow Global Group and the only company within the group to regularly publish its financial statements.
