Moody's rates Pacific LifeCorp notes A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 rating to 30-year senior unsecured notes to be sold by Pacific LifeCorp.

Pacific LifeCorp has been rated A3 since July 21, 2021.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of surplus notes that are due in 2023.

The outlook on Pacific Life is unchanged at stable.
