Singapore’s Pacific International Lines seeks moratorium extension
Chicago, March 15 – Pacific International Lines (Pte.) Ltd. announced that it is seeking an extension to its moratorium protection from the Singapore High Court, according to an announcement.
The moratorium protection is set to expire on April 4.
The company wishes to extend the protection to June 2021. The additional time will give the board enough time to satisfy certain conditions.
Pacific International has an issue of S$60 million of 8˝% notes due Nov. 16, 2020 outstanding.
Pacific International Lines is a shipping company based in Singapore.
