Arrow reports plans to sell notes due 2024 to redeem notes due 2018

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 5 – Arrow Electronics, Inc. intends to offer notes due 2024, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a make-whole call initially, then a par call.

BofA Merrill Lynch, MUFG and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's $300 million of 3% notes due 2018.

Arrow Electronics is based in Englewood, Colo., and provides products and services to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing.
