Taiwan’s Pacific Construction to issue NT$230 million of 0.85% bonds

Chicago, March 10 – Pacific Construction Co., Ltd. has approval from its board of directors to issue NT$230 million of 0.85% five-year bonds at par, according to a notice.

The bookrunner is Taiwan Cooperative Bank Co., Ltd.

Jih Sun International Bank Co., Ltd. will be the trustee.

Proceeds will be used to repay the principal from the company’s bonds issued in 2017.

The issuer is a Taipei-based construction company.
