Hong Kong's Pacific Century Insurance to sell $100 million 10-year notes via Lehman Brothers

St. Louis, Dec. 7 - Pacific Century Insurance Co., a life insurer based in Hong Kong, began a brief round of investor presentations on Monday in Hong Kong for a $100 million offering of 10-year notes, according to a market source.

A presentation will follow on Tuesday in Singapore, with the deal expected to price on Tuesday or Wednesday, the source added.

Lehman Brothers has the bookrunning mandate.
