Arrow Dow Jones Global Yield ETF plans for launch

By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Feb. 17 - Northern Lights ETF Trust announced its plans to launch the Arrow Dow Jones Global Yield ETF, according to an N-1A amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund will trade on the NYSE Arca under the symbol "GYLC."

The fund seeks investment results that generally correspond, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield performance of the Dow Jones Global Composite Yield Index, which seeks to identify the 150 highest-yielding investable securities in the world within three asset classes: equity securities, fixed-income securities and alternative investments.

Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities or in depositary receipts representing the securities of the underlying index. The adviser will seek a correlation over time of 0.95 or better between the fund's performance and the performance of the underlying index, with 1.00 representing perfect correlation.

The portfolio managers will be William E. Flaig, Jr. and Adrian Bachman.

The total annual fund operating expenses are expected to be 0.75%, which consists solely of a 0.75% management fee.

The fund's investment adviser is Olney, Md.-based Arrow Investment Advisors, LLC.
