Paccar Mexico to sell Ps. 910.8 million of certificados bursatiles in three tranches

New York, Oct. 24 - Paccar Mexico SA de CV Sofol plans to sell a total of Ps. 910.8 million in three tranches of certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/) Wednesday.

The issuer plans to sells Ps. 534.3 million of 27-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is Nov. 22, 2006.

The second tranche includes Ps. 200 million of 49-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date for the issue is Dec. 14, 2006.

The third tranche is comprised of Ps. 176.5 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is Jan. 25, 2007.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV is the auction agent for all three transactions.

Meanwhile settlement for the issues is scheduled for Thursday.

The 27-day issue is 076 in Paccar's current certificados bursatiles program. The 49-day issue is 077, and the 91-day issue is 078.

The Mexicali, Mexico-based issuer is truck manufacturer and a subsidiary of Bellevue, Wash.-based Paccar Inc.
