Paccar Mexico to sell Ps. 670.8 million of certificados bursatiles in two tranches

New York, Oct. 10 - Paccar Mexico SA de CV Sofol plans to issue a total of Ps. 670.8 million of certificados bursatiles (MX-1/mxA-1+/) in two tranches on Wednesday.
The issuer plans to sell Ps. 540.8 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is scheduled for Nov. 9, 2006.
The second tranche is comprised of Ps. 130 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is Jan. 11, 2007.
Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV is the auction agent for both transactions.
Meanwhile, settlement for the issue is scheduled for Thursday.
The 28-day certificates are issue number 072 in Paccar's current certificados bursatiles program. The 91-day certificates are issue number 073.
The Mexicali, Mexico, issuer is a truck manufacturer and a subsidiary of Bellevue, Wash.-based Paccar Inc.
