Paccar Mexico to sell Ps. 473 million of certificados bursatiles in two tranches

New York, Jan. 17 - Paccar Mexico SA de CV Sofol plans to sell a total of Ps. 473 million of certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/) in two tranches on Wednesday.

The issuer plans to sell Ps. 450 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date for the issue is Feb. 16, 2006.

The second tranche includes Ps. 23 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles. Maturity for the issue is April 20, 2006.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV is the auction agent for both transactions.

Meanwhile settlement for both tranches is scheduled for Thursday.

The 28-day issue is number 025 in Paccar's current certificados bursatiles program. The 91-day issue is 026.

The Mexico City-based issuer is truck manufacturer and a subsidiary of Bellevue, Wash.-based Paccar Inc.
