Paccar Mexico to auction Ps. 102 million certificados bursatiles in two tranches Wednesday

New York, Jan. 3 - Paccar Mexico SA de CV Sofol plans to sell Ps. 102 million of certificados bursatiles (/mxA-1+/) in two tranches on Wednesday.

The company plans to issue Ps. 50 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles. Maturity for the issue is Feb. 2, 2006.

The second tranche includes Ps. 52 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles. The maturity date is April 6, 2006.

Settlement is scheduled for Thursday.

The issue number for the 28-day issue is 022 in Paccar's current certificados bursatiles program, and the 91-day issue is 023.

The Mexico City-based issuer is a subsidiary of Bellevue, Wash.-based truck manufacturer Paccar Inc.
