Paccar Mexico to sell Ps. 107 million of 91-day certificados bursatiles

New York, Aug. 8 - Paccar Mexico SA de CV Sofol plans to issue Ps. 107 million of 28-day certificados bursatiles (MX-1/mxA-1+/) on Wednesday.

The maturity date is scheduled for Nov. 9, 2006.

Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa SA de CV is the auction agent for the transaction.

Meanwhile settlement for the issue is scheduled for Thursday.

The 91-day certificates are issue number 056 in Paccar's current certificados bursatiles program.

The Mexicali, Mexico-based issuer is a truck manufacturer and a subsidiary of Bellevue, Wash.-based Paccar Inc.
