Paccar Financial talks $300 million of five-year notes at Treasuries plus 50 bps area

Chicago, May 4 – Paccar Financial Corp. is planning to sell $300 million of notes due May 11, 2026, according to a market source.

The notes are being talked in the Treasuries plus 50 basis points area.

BofA Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. are arranging the deal.

Paccar Financial is a financing arm of Bellevue, Wash.-based Paccar Inc.
