New Issue: Paccar Financial prices $300 million 4.95% three-year notes at Treasuries plus 58 bps

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 27 – Paccar Financial Corp. priced $300 million of 4.95% three-year notes on Tuesday at 99.926 to yield 4.977%, or Treasuries plus 58 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are not redeemable or otherwise repayable prior to maturity.
MUFG, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., ING Financial Markets LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the bookrunners.
Paccar Financial is a financing arm of Bellevue, Wash.-based Paccar Inc.
