P2 Energy plans new financing for buyout by Advent International

New York, Oct. 7 - P2 Energy Solutions has received a commitment for financing to help fund its purchase by Advent International from Vista Equity Partners, according to a news release.

Jefferies Finance LLC is leading the financing.

Closing is expected by year-end, subject to customary conditions.

P2 is a Denver-based provider of software, geospatial data and land management tools to the upstream oil and gas industry.
