New Issue: Oyster Bay, N.Y., sells $153.78 million bond anticipation renewal notes

New York, Feb. 29 - The Town of Oyster Bay, N.Y., sold $153.78 million of series 2012 bond anticipation renewal notes, according to a pricing sheet.

The notes (SP-1+) were sold competitively with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC winning the bid.

The notes are due March 8, 2013, with a 2.5% coupon priced at 102.085.

Proceeds will be used to fund current expenses for the town ahead of certain bond issues.
