Owens Corning intends to price senior notes via four bookrunners

Los Angeles, May 7 – Owens Corning is planning to price senior notes (BBB/BBB-), according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the joint bookrunning managers.

The notes will have a make-whole call option and a change-of-control put option.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Owens Corning is a Toledo, Ohio-based maker of composite building materials.
