Overseas Shipholding trustee assigns equity security holders committee

New York, March 17 - Overseas Shipholding Group Inc.'s U.S. trustee Roberta DeAngelis appointed an official committee of equity security holders for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The three members of the committee are Joseph Kronsberg of Cyrus Opportunities Fund II, LP of New York; Anna Staverska of Caxton International, Ltd. of New York; and Andrew Swanston of Baltimore.

Overseas Shipholding, a New York-based tanker company, filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 14, 2012 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-20000.
