Fitch: Oversea-Chinese Banking program on watch

Fitch Ratings said it has confirmed that the rating for Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp.'s $10 billion senior unsecured global medium-term note program is AA- and on rating watch negative.

The confirmation follows a periodic update of the program, including revisions of certain terms and conditions and to reflect the most recent regulatory requirements, the agency stated.
