New Issue: Oversea-Chinese Banking sells A$350 million notes of 2016 at bank bill swaps plus 68 bps

Atlanta, Aug. 14 - Singapore's Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. priced A$350 million three-year notes (/AA-/AA-) at par to yield bank bill swaps plus 68 basis points, a market source said.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia, HSBC and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the deal.

The issuer is a financial group based in Singapore.
